This stunning new build by Eco-Essence Homes has risen from the rich, red earth of Cudgen on the NSW North coast. I had the pleasure of assisting in the design of the kitchen, butlers pantry, bar, laundry and mudroom as well as capturing the photography for this project. Priorities were high for optimum functionality of these spaces for this family of five. The architectural plans were adjusted to suit how these spaces would work best together. We created an easy flow on from the garage directly into the mudroom which seamlessly connects with the pantry and kitchen. The coolness of the polished concrete floors is offset by the warm hues selected for the materials and finishes in these spaces. Finishes include Laminex Elegant Oak joinery, Kalahari granite bench tops and Caesarstone porcelain in Sleet for the splash back.
